My friend Jarrod has been running an online cooking show for a few weeks now. There are a few episodes out now and it is amazing for anyone in Korea who wants non-Korean food but doesn't want to trek to Itaewon. Also, it can be done using the limits of a Korean kitchen (what is this oven you speak of?)

I have done the nachos using Jarrod's recipe and other batches for those who don't like cheese and those who like nacho's extra hot. The guacamole was great too, and ready in 15 minutes.
Anyway, when kimchi and rice gets played out look it up.
